  My rental experience from the word go was just first class with Blueprint property. All their staff, reception and members are phenomenal. Thanks Joe, for getting us here.
  
  I would like to thank Belinda Sweet, who has always been the top notch with her superior customer satisfaction and quality delivery as promised. She has time and again made sure any support we needed is met to the best of outcome.
  
  Her approach in making sure her tenants are taken care to the best of their stay and use of property is exceptional.
  
  Thank you Belinda and appreciate all the help and support. We are delighted to have chosen this property under the able management of Blueprint and ofcourse Belinda.

  I am really very thankful to Joe for renting me the property when rental crisis are so high in sydney and stressful for single parents like me.Joe is very kind and helpful ,Highly Satisfied with rental home services with the blueprint property. It was smooth and clean process once deal finalising from rental agreement until keys handover with extended support. joe is professional very much clear in communication with regular update and supportive . For each small small issues attended and fixed with proper solution. Thanks Joe for renting me the property and We really going to miss this home.   We found Blueprint team members very professional, easy approachable and very helpful. They have in-depth knowledge of the property market and found a very good tenant for us within a day. They organised a handyman, professional cleaning, landlord insurance etc for our unit in Parramatta CBD. All happened so easily and so quickly without us being physically present there that we felt they are one stop shop for all property related matters.
  We highly recommend Blueprint Property if you are buying, or selling or looking for a property manager.

  I recently sold my investment unit with Lebba and Anthony of Blueprint Property. The team handled the entire sales campaign with utter professionalism and i am very pleased with the outcome. Despite the challenges of a difficult residential market, Lebba and Anthony persisted to get the result I needed and overall i am really impressed with the attitude and grit they showed during the entire campaign.   Belinda at Blue Property Group was amazing in her response to my urgent request regarding not having hot water at my unit and within 24 hours of receiving my request, she got approvals from my landlord and had a plumber installing a brand new Hot Water Unit!!
